Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your order, free of charge and without justification.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- ✓ Be returned within 30 days of receipt
- ✓ Be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed
- ✓ Have all its labels attached
- ✓ Be in its original packaging
Ineligible items:
- ✗ Swimwear (hygiene) — unless protective packaging is intact
- ✗ Personalized or custom-made items
- ✗ Sale items marked "Final Sale"
How to return an item?
- Contact us at contact@casadimasha.shop with your order number and the items to return.
- Receive your return label — pre-paid label sent by email within 24 hours.
- Pack and drop off the parcel at the indicated carrier.
- Confirmation — you will receive an email upon receipt of your return.
Refund
Upon receipt and verification (3–5 business days):
- Refund via the original payment method
- Bank processing time: 5–10 business days
- Includes item price + original shipping costs
Exchange
To exchange size or color: return the item and place a new order. Or call us directly at +39 351 253 6059 — we'll handle everything for you.
Defective item or error
Contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item. We will fully cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct item or provide a full refund.
